We ask you for a small search fee to cover our expenses at this first signing which will be deducted from our charges at the completion of the purchase of your property. We ask you to give us 3 months although usually a property can be found sooner. We keep in constant contact by phone and Internet and will keep you informed of our progress. We save you an enormous amount time as we take on the job calling countless agents, searching web sites, publications and so forth. We also have contacts who inform us of new properties before they are even put on the market. We visit everything that we think could be of interest. You only visit those that correspond to your particular requirements. We work with excellent notaires (solicitors) and can also arrange a mortgage for you, should you require one. We are there constantly defending your interests, making sure that you pay the right price and to accompany you from the beginning right through the administrative procedures and up until you sign 'l'acte authentique' (completion) and you have your keys.
