What it costs Contact Our partners What it costs Up to and including a sale of 500,000 Euros we are charge 3% of the total cost of the property whether we find it directly through our own resources or via an estate agent. For properties of over 500,000 and up to 700,000 our fee drops to 2.5% of the total cost of the property. For properties over 700,000 we charge 2% of the total cost of the property. We never take commission or fees from agents or vendors in order to be able to negotiate the best possible price for you. As a British based company no VAT is payable on our fees. Fees On signing the contract we ask you for an advance fee of 500 Euros which will be deducted from our fees on completion of the purchase. This fee is used to cover our expenses whilst we do the searching. We ask you to give us up to a maximum of 3 months to find a property although in most cases it should take less.
